Tokyo-based. We have delivered AI training to more than 100 companies, including listed ones, and to more than 4,000 trainees. 62 AI employees run our own operations every day. Agent development is delivered from design to handover, and our team works in English with overseas AI tools entering Japan.
Three lines of work, all built on the same principle: the AI has to do the client's real tasks, not a demo. Training uses the client's own documents and workflows, agents are built for one job at a time, and AI-search work is measured before and after.
Hands-on programs on Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and ChatGPT. Participants bring their own work (reports, spreadsheets, customer emails, code) and leave with it done in a new way. Standard course is 12 hours; a 6-hour light course is available.
We design, build and hand over agents that work every day: knowledge search (RAG), phone reception, meeting minutes, document OCR, defect detection, demand forecasting and drawing management. Seven case types, written up with what the agent does in a day and how work is split with people.
Measurement and implementation so that your pages are cited in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews. We measure citation rates on your buyers' questions, write the pages that answer them, add structured data, and re-measure weekly.
Figures are Uravation's internal records (survey period February 2024 to March 2026). Cumulative trainees is the total number of participants in training, webinars and seminars. Satisfaction is the share of respondents who chose 4 or 5 on a 5-point scale in post-training surveys. Results vary by environment. Related definitions are published at /track-record-definitions/ (Japanese).
Japanese users search for a tool in Japanese, and they ask an AI assistant before they pick one. We write hands-on Japanese review articles for your tool, publish them on uravation.com/media, and measure whether AI assistants cite you in Japanese.
| What you get | What it is |
|---|---|
| Hands-on Japanese review article | Our team uses your tool on real work and writes the review natively in Japanese, with screenshots and step-by-step guides. It is not a translated press release. |
| Publication designed for search | Built around the queries Japanese users type for a tool name: how to use it, pricing, Japanese support. Published on uravation.com/media. |
| AI-search citation measurement | We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity in Japanese, before publishing and again 30 days after, and report whether your product is cited and which sources are cited instead. |
| Updates and reporting | Articles are updated as you ship features. Rankings are reported from Google Search Console data. |
What is included depends on the package. Sponsored articles carry a PR label. Trial is paid upfront and includes permission for a public case study; see the Japan Launch Pack page. We do not promise rankings or a citation rate. We share the measured figures as they are.

Details, evidence and the media kit are on the Japan Launch Pack page.

We reply to English inquiries in English. For training and agent development we send a proposal after a 30-minute call. Training dates are set with your team; because the exercises are built from your own work, preparation time is agreed in the proposal. Japan Launch Pack work begins once the package is agreed.
